Paul, Q.C. LL.B., Mediator David Paul was born and raised in
Kamloops. He graduated from Kamloops Senior Secondary School in 1980
and the University of Victoria Law School in 1986.
Since then he has been practicing law in Kamloops where he has dedicated his legal
experience to representing individuals. Mr. Paul is actively involved in his
profession. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the
Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia. Currently, he serves as the
B.C. Representative and Vice Chair on the Board of Legal
Profession Assistance Conference (LPAC)
and General Practitioners Solo and Small Firm Conference (GPSSC) of the Canadian Bar Association of the Canadian Bar
Association. Previously, he served as President of the Kamloops
Bar Association and the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association. As well, David
is a past founding member of the Lawyers Business & Property Network
(LBPN), a non-profit
society that provides guidance to lawyers who wish to assist their
clients with business, property and financial transactions.
He is a former member of the British Columbia Arbitration and
Mediation Institute (BCAMI)
and he is on the British
Columbia Mediator Roster (Civil & Family) In December of 2003, Mr. Paul
was appointed a Queen's Council.
Mr. Paul practices in the areas of Family Law,
Personal injury, and Criminal law. Additionally, in 1993
he was accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia as a Family Law
Mediator.
Lorianna Bennett B.Sc., LL. B, Mediator
Lorianna Bennett was also born and raised in Kamloops. She
graduated from St. Ann's Academy in 1990. In 1994 she received her Bachelor of
Science Degree from the University College of the Cariboo and in 1997
she graduated from the
University of Alberta Law School. Ms. Bennett was called to the British Columbia Bar
in May 1998. Ms. Bennett is also very active in her profession.
She has served as President of the Kamloops
Bar Association. Currently, she serves as a member of Council of the
Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch and the chair of the CBA (BC)
Member Services Committee. Ms. Bennett concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Law, Real
Estate Law, Wills, and Mediation. David C. Dundee B.

David C. Dundee (...No, the "C"
does not stand for Crocodile"... )was neither born nor raised in
Kamloops. He was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, and raised in
Saskatchewan, England, Ontario, and British Columbia. He does,
however, have roots in the community. His maternal great-grandparents
lived here at the turn of the last century, and his maternal grandmother and
one uncle both lived, and died here. David received a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Honours English in 1978 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1981, both from
the University of British Columbia. He was called to the bar in 1982. David
has practised family law for most of his career, and has focussed
primarily on family law for the last nine years. He became a
family law mediator in 1988. He is currently Chair of the Kamloops
Family Law subsection of the Canadian Bar Association, B. C.
